We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support the hiring team in identifying and engaging potential candidates from the provided market database. The intern will connect with candidates, convert them into prospective employees, and coordinate interview schedules. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing and candidate engagement, corporate communication and professional networking, interview coordination and HR operations, and real-time hiring workflows used in the industry. This internship is designed to make candidates industry-ready with practical corporate hiring experience and real-time exposure to recruitment operations. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
