This role is part of our Procare CONNECT team, which performs talent acquisition responsibilities in a fast-paced setting, emphasizing attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, and customer service. Address concerns promptly, identify opportunities for enhancements, and actively engage in action plans to overcome obstacles. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in senior living.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working within senior living.
- Prior experience recruiting within senior living, specifically for director-level or higher roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting technology.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Licensed Assisted Living Director, highly preferred.
- Experience partnering with executive and C-suite level stakeholders within senior living, preferred.
