Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or HR.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, Online Meetings.
  • Senior living experience with executive and C-suite level stakeholders.
