About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and has a passion for delivering operational excellence in recruiting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday, Lever)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Experience supporting multi-location or high-growth organizations
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments, managing complex calendars and logistics
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure alignment and timely movement of candidates through the pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment processes
  • Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, etc.)
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including job board postings and coordination of recruitment events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations
