About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the hotel’s recruitment efforts by delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You will assist with sourcing, coordinating, and organizing recruitment activities while partnering with hiring managers and the People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and connecting people to opportunities. You will help bring the Four Seasons culture to life from the very first candidate interaction.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
  • A passion for hospitality, people, and creating positive candidate experiences
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes or HR systems is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (including Spanish) are a plus
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within People & Culture

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process for all hotel positions, including posting roles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and assist in executing recruitment plans
  • Ensure all candidate interactions reflect Four Seasons standards of professionalism, care, and confidentiality
  • Coordinate interviews, career fairs, recruitment events, and hiring days
  • Maintain strong organization of candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist in screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates for review
  • Support recruitment for internship and trainee programs, including coordination with schools and hospitality partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and local organizations to support talent pipelines
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and maintain communication with candidates prior to their start date
  • Support employer branding efforts through social media, events, and local partnerships
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team as needed
