About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process across corporate, retail, and temporary hiring needs in the U.S. This individual will partner closely with the Human Resources team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting sourcing, interview coordination, agency partnerships, and recruitment operations within a dynamic, fast-paced luxury environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners including agencies
  • High level of attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ATS platforms and scheduling tools preferred
  • Interest in the luxury, beauty, or retail industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging candidates for retail, corporate, and temporary roles
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and internal teams
  • Partner with external staffing agencies for temporary and retail hiring needs, including requisition management and candidate coordination
  • Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with offer letter preparation, delivery, and onboarding coordination
  • Support hiring managers and stakeholders with ad hoc recruitment needs and projects
  • Ensure a high-touch, brand-aligned candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Track and report on recruitment activity as needed
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition function
