The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – APS is a key member of the APS Talent Acquisition team, providing essential administrative and operational support across a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment. This role partners closely with APS Talent Acquisition Advisors, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth execution of the hiring process across multiple manufacturing and field locations. You will support the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle by coordinating interviews, managing pre‑employment activities, maintaining accurate data in SuccessFactors, and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
