At CareAparent you will work with other passionate individuals focused on giving the best care possible for our clients. We are currently seeking a temporary, full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp). This position is a non-clinical position focused on talent sourcing, screening, onboarding & coordination of new hires. This position would go through the Summer with a tentative end date in August/September. Requirements

  • Associates degree, OR relevant coursework/employment experience in human resources, healthcare operations, recruiting or onboarding required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities

  • Maximize efficiency of (ATS) applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with the talent acquisition process to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals who meet the office's immediate and projected needs.
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs.
  • Source for open positions by proactive direct recruiting, internal sources, referrals, diversity resources, social networking sourcing sites.
  • Develops candidate pipelines for current and future open positions through prospecting with both active and passive job seekers.
  • Conduct market research (home healthcare) related to wage rates and economics.
  • Identify and deploy creative methodologies for sourcing quality candidates.
  • Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers
  • Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Assist in Offer-to-Onboarding with administrative process of all new hires
  • Coordinate and assist with New Hire Orientation process with other HR Team members
  • Help support HR initiatives as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
