Requirements

  • Highly organized professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, recognized for strong interpersonal abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week / 10+ months.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Notion, Asana, managing jobs and related software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and follows up at the end of the recruiting process.
  • Conducts interviews with candidates.
  • Act as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring process.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the TA Supervisor and/or TA Manager.
  • Maintains allocated job boards including LinkedIn, Smart Recruiter, Volunteermatch, and Handshake.
  • Assists supervisor with job board research.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
