This role serves as a strategic partner to the Nursing Recruitment Team, managing the full life cycle recruitment process for nursing departments. The position is full-time, day-shift, and operates in a hybrid capacity, requiring on-site presence at the downtown Indianapolis office as needed. Responsibilities include conducting intake conversations with hiring leaders, designing and posting positions, and executing advanced sourcing strategies for active and passive talent. The role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interview coordination to candidate selection and pre-hire preparation, ensuring a seamless new hire experience. Additionally, the consultant will apply total rewards strategies to develop competitive compensation packages, provide workforce planning analysis to leadership, and lead special projects focused on sophisticated sourcing and project management. The goal is to guide leaders in selecting top talent while maintaining high standards for candidate experience and the offer process.
