The position is full-time, day-shift, and operates in a hybrid capacity, requiring on-site presence in the downtown Indianapolis office as needed. Responsibilities include conducting intake conversations, designing and posting positions, executing advanced sourcing strategies for active and passive talent, managing the recruitment process from screening to pre-hire preparation, and ensuring a seamless new hire experience. Additionally, the role involves applying total rewards strategies to develop competitive compensation packages, providing workforce planning analysis to leadership, and leading special projects focused on sophisticated sourcing and project management. The goal is to guide leaders in selecting top talent while maintaining high standards for candidate experience and the offer process.
