As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping TriHealth attract and hire the talented individuals who make our mission possible. Serving as the primary recruiting partner for assigned client groups, you will provide full-cycle recruitment support, build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to meet both immediate and long-term workforce needs. This position is ideal for a relationship-driven recruiting professional who excels at consulting with leaders, influencing hiring decisions, and creating exceptional candidate experiences. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Marketing to develop effective hiring plans, identify top talent, and drive recruitment initiatives that support organizational success. Through the use of data, market insights, and creative sourcing techniques, you will help shape the future workforce of a healthcare system dedicated to caring for our communities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business; or Human Resources, Communications, or related field (Required)
  • 4 - 5 years’ experience in Recruiting or related field (Required)
  • Must be an expert at planning an communicating with customers
  • Must have good judgement and decision-making
  • Must be able to adapt to different settings, while in teams and individually
  • Must be able to analyze and solve problems
  • Associate's Degree; Other
  • Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • 2-3 years Clinical

Responsibilities

  • Consults and influences hiring managers and other key stakeholders to develop hiring plans as well as sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Provides input to the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant in the development of targeted recruiting plans to support defined talent needs and capably executes as indicated.
  • Facilitates intake meetings to establish clear understanding of position requirements and solidify sourcing strategies with hiring managers.
  • Drives communication with hiring managers and interview teams by providing instruction and guidance on the selection process.
  • Guides all stakeholders through the recruiting work stream to ensure alignment of expectation and proactively resolve potential issues.
  • Aligns recruiting strategies with the company brand through partnership with Marketing department.
  • Identifies and implements opportunities for efficiency to drive operational excellence.
  • Utilizes passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seeks new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline.
  • Remains up-to-date on latest recruitment technologies.
  • Utilizes the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and well documented notes on current searches, as well as ensure all company legal compliance and employment practices are followed.
  • Tracks and analyzes hiring metrics to identify areas of opportunity for improved quality of hire.
  • Supports recruiting requirements established for organization plans and objectives; provide weekly updates to hire managers on the status of their open positions.
  • Proactively and continually sources, develops and maintains a pipeline and network of diverse talent.
  • Seek creative solutions for sourcing candidates and leverage recruiting resources such as professional organizations, social media and community associations to attract, engage and recruit candidates.
  • Acts as primary communication point with candidates from initial contact point to close to provide a positive candidate experience.
