As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping TriHealth attract and hire the talented individuals who make our mission possible. Serving as the primary recruiting partner for assigned client groups, you will provide full-cycle recruitment support, build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to meet both immediate and long-term workforce needs. This position is ideal for a relationship-driven recruiting professional who excels at consulting with leaders, influencing hiring decisions, and creating exceptional candidate experiences. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Marketing to develop effective hiring plans, identify top talent, and drive recruitment initiatives that support organizational success. Through the use of data, market insights, and creative sourcing techniques, you will help shape the future workforce of a healthcare system dedicated to caring for our communities.
