About The Position

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a remote one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions across an aeronautics organization. This role partners directly with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, assess candidates, guide selection decisions, and deliver an effective candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, or 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience without a degree.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, and offer management.
  • Experience recruiting technical talent across engineering disciplines such as Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, or non-technical talent across business, production, operations, or supply chain.
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or a comparable applicant tracking system.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Ability to conduct recruiting strategy and intake sessions.
  • Ability to build and maintain proactive talent pipelines.
  • Ability to assess candidates for technical capability, organizational values, and mission alignment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate requisition and candidate data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting through the offer stage.
  • Serve as the primary recruiting contact and advisor for assigned business leaders.
  • Develop recruiting strategies and establish hiring timelines.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, compensation, market conditions, and talent availability.
  • Source, screen, and assess technical and non-technical candidates.
  • Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship development.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to Talent Acquisition and business leadership.
  • Ensure recruiting activity complies with established processes and standards.
  • Partner across teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
