As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will own and manage full-cycle recruitment, beginning with a deep understanding of our business and technology. Partnering closely with hiring managers across all departments, you will assess hiring needs and craft tailored strategies to support business and growth objectives. In addition to recruitment, you will play a key role in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires. You will also contribute to project work aimed at optimizing our talent acquisition processes and enhancing the overall employee experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SaaS organizations and a proven track record of recruiting for roles ranging from entry-level to senior leadership across various functions, including Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations. In this role youâll be joining the broader Employee Success (HR, Payroll, TA, and Facilities) team. Achievers operates 3 offices and virtually in multiple other countries around the world, with in-office, hybrid, and fully remote individuals.
