About The Position

All parties of consideration must be local to the area; relocation is not available. Our client is seeking a University Relations & Recruiting (UR&R) Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to support early-career recruiting initiatives. This role focuses on building relationships with universities, supporting hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating campus recruiting activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting or University Relations; or Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting or University Relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be able to complete a comprehensive background check and any additional pre-employment screening requirements.
  • Must be able to meet any security clearance requirements associated with the position.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting through offer acceptance.
  • Experience using Workday and Eightfold.
  • Previous talent acquisition experience in a corporate recruiting environment.
  • Experience supporting internship and early-career recruiting programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with target universities and student organizations.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with faculty, career services, and student organizations.
  • Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to support early-career talent pipelines.
  • Maintain engagement with candidates throughout academic recruiting cycles.
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified early-career candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine candidate criteria and selection strategies.
  • Provide guidance regarding early-career talent market trends and campus recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate campus events, networking sessions, and student engagement activities.
  • Promote organizational culture and employment opportunities to students and university partners.
  • Support a positive candidate experience through clear communication and process transparency.
  • Utilize data and metrics to support recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and university guidelines.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for early-career and internship positions.
  • Collaborate with university recruiting teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate activity and records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop and analyze recruiting metrics.
  • Support process improvement initiatives.
