The Talent Acquisition Associate administers policies relating to pre-hiring and post-hiring activity. This role involves reviewing and inputting information into pre-employment systems (ADP Recruiting Management, E-screen, ADP Vantage) to assist in onboarding external candidates and processing internal transfers. The associate will also review and organize both electronic and paper pre-employment files, and aid in the onboarding of new hires/transfers. This includes system administration, interacting with candidates via email and phone, supporting the creation and extension of offer letters, and responding to manager inquiries regarding candidate status. Additionally, the role involves processing background checks by role and location, including coordinating pre-employment drug screenings, physicals, fingerprinting, and/or additional state-required screenings.
