We’re looking for a high-velocity Talent Acquisition Associate who is obsessed with execution, details, and candidate experience. This isn't a passive scheduling job—you’ll be the operational engine behind our hiring machine. You’ll keep recruiting running at lightspeed while gaining direct exposure to full-cycle talent acquisition, eventually taking on your own sourcing, screening, and searches. Requirements
- 1–2 years in recruiting coordination, TA, HR, or fast-paced startup operations.
- Obsessive Detail: You catch timezone overlaps, notice tiny typos, and never let a candidate slip through the cracks.
- Startup Velocity & Bias for Action: You thrive in fast-moving chaos, adapt quickly when priorities pivot, and solve problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
- Sharp Communication: Crisp written skills and the confidence to engage with candidates, engineers, and execs alike.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick to adopt new recruiting platforms, ATS tools, and automation tech.
- Career Hungry: Eager to learn the TA playbook inside-out and fast-track your path into full-cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume interview loops across candidates and hiring teams without missing a beat or a detail.
- Deliver a high-touch, hyper-responsive candidate journey that reflects Frame’s fast, transparent culture.
- Manage job postings, ATS data, and interview workflows with 100% accuracy to keep pipeline metrics clean and actionable.
- Learn advanced sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and niche security communities to build active candidate pipelines.
- As you master the ops, take ownership of initial recruiter screens and run end-to-end searches for select roles.
- Pitch and execute projects around employer branding and process automation to make our funnel leaner and faster.
