This role is key to the district's goal of building an inclusive and high-performing district. The Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager will help create a positive environment that supports educators in improving student outcomes through strategic recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce support initiatives. The position also supports critical operational functions related to onboarding and offboarding processes, licensure verification support, and workforce pipeline coordination for instructional support staff, long-term substitutes, student teachers, and interns.
