As a Temporary Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent for professional and leadership-level positions, in order to meet the organization’s functional and strategic needs. Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience, including at least two (2) years in an advisory recruitment role.
  • Advanced proficiency in French, as the role involves participating in meetings with internal and external French-speaking partners, including colleagues, managers from various business units, and candidates, on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a strategic, operational, and tactical partner to hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and tailor strategies to fill positions in an optimal and sustainable manner.
  • Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies (social media, candidate databases, etc.) and participating in networking events to promote the employer brand and expand your professional network.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of talent pipelines, supported by a strong understanding of the Canadian labour market.
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices focused on efficiency, innovation, and performance.
  • Managing each stage of the recruitment process with agility, while ensuring a positive employee, candidate, and client experience.
