Requirements

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast‑paced environments.
Aptitude for building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to attract and engage talent through networking, cold calling, and talent campaigns.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle recruitment activities to support diverse business hiring needs.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Implement sourcing strategies using social media, networking, referrals, and talent campaigns.
Develop and maintain specialized candidate pipelines through market research and competitor insights.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to document activities and ensure process efficiency.
Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to strengthen market presence.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment effectiveness.
