The Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA) is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support across assigned regions within US Convenience. This role partners closely with Operations leaders and hiring managers to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to established processes. The Talent Acquisition team supports high-volume hiring across diverse geographies, partnering with Operations to drive business performance. The team focuses on delivering hiring outcomes, maintaining compliance, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and continuously improving recruiting processes and capabilities.
