About The Position

United Defense Tactical (UDT) is seeking an Enrollment Coach to guide civilians, professionals, and first responders into tactical training memberships. This role is crucial in empowering individuals and building safer communities by offering confidence, preparedness, and real-world skills through simulator-based training. The Enrollment Coach is the first point of contact, leveraging their background in tactical operations, leadership, or firearms to connect with the community and convey the value of consistent, scenario-based training.

Requirements

• Firearms or personal defense training experience.
• Strong track record in sales, recruiting, or public-facing roles.
• Ability to earn trust, communicate clearly, and lead prospects to a decision.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and team-oriented.
• Excellent at handling objections, building rapport, and working independently.
• Comfortable working in a structured, high-accountability culture.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and peak demand.

Nice To Haves

• Prior military, law enforcement, or tactical background.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (ClubReady, Go Highlevel).
• Local connections in first responder/military/veteran/security communities.

Responsibilities

• Host high-intensity 90-minute demo sessions, introducing prospective members to training programs, simulator systems, and membership options.
• Lead training tours and guide participants through simulations.
• Close sales by presenting tailored membership pitches.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or in-person.
• Identify prospect needs and handle objections.
• Guide prospects through the sign-up and onboarding process.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow-ups using the CRM (ClubReady).
• Achieve individual enrollment goals while supporting team success and maintaining high standards.
