About The Position

The Tactical Services Specialist is responsible for executing daily flight services for members and charter clients and setting up the following day’s flights. The role provides service to fractional, jet card, owner, consumer, managed aircraft owner, and charter clients, using knowledge of operational impacts, company products and programs, fleets, and internal processes to identify optimal trip solutions. The specialist works with Operations Command Center colleagues—including the Duty Manager, Scheduling, Crew Scheduling, and Dispatch—and with the Experience Concierge and Member Services teams to support successful flight execution and preparation for the next morning’s flights. The role follows assigned flights for potential issues such as weather, traffic, and ATC delays, and provides timely customer updates when operational issues arise. It requires professional, clear communication, including the ability to deescalate high-intensity situations, manage time and correspondence effectively, and continuously improve through feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Raleigh office on a 4-on, 4-off rotation. The position is primarily in a professional office environment with moderate noise. Occasional travel to other company locations, customer sites, or business-related events may be required, and working-hour flexibility may occasionally be needed based on business needs.
