About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer to protect people and property by observing surroundings, anticipating risks, and responding appropriately. The role involves moving throughout the shift and patrolling secure environments. The position is based in Gray Summit, Missouri, with a full-time schedule from Thursday through Sunday, 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The hourly wage is $19.57. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a CPR certification class.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Hold a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
