About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves patrolling sensitive areas and environments, observing and anticipating risks, controlling access to secure areas, and responding to alarms, threats, and other incidents. Officers help protect people and property, document incidents and actions taken, check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly, and collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents. The work requires standing and walking throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have security experience.
• Have a state license if required.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening after receiving an offer of employment.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Military or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
