About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Ambassador in St. Charles, Missouri. The role requires keen observation, the ability to assess surroundings and anticipate risks, and the physical ability to move around and patrol throughout the shift. The position focuses on protecting people and property in sensitive areas and responding to security concerns. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have a state license if required.
• Be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
