Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience as a table games dealer or in casino operations
- Proficient in dealing at least 2 core games and all carnival games
Nice To Haves
- Previous casino operations supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support dealers on the floor to ensure games are run smoothly, accurately, and with outstanding guest service.
- Oversee table operations by maintaining bankrolls, verifying documentation, and ensuring all procedures and equipment are handled with integrity.
- Monitor and evaluate player activity, respond to unusual behavior or high-limit play, and alert management to any concerns or irregularities.
