Supervises the operations of table games in an assigned area on a shift. This role requires the ability to perform all functions of supervised positions, review table trays for chip and token inventory, and assist in maintaining departmental records. The supervisor ensures that required facilities and equipment are available and functioning properly, provides security and accountability for Blackjack funds, and greets guests to ensure they are properly hosted. They also handle guest complaints, make the Shift Supervisor aware of all Title 31 transactions, and rate players and dealers daily, including completing annual evaluations. Maintaining knowledge of all property events, attending mandatory meetings and training, and upholding confidentiality are key. The role requires sensitivity to Native American Culture and adherence to Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual, Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and other applicable regulations. The supervisor is responsible for securing the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, and performing other duties as assigned.
