About The Position

The Table Games Dealer is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and friendly customer atmosphere while dealing games in a way that allows for easy monitoring of transactions. This role involves regulating card distribution, announcing games and openings, and promptly informing supervisors of any issues, disputes, or suspicious activity. The dealer also manages table banks, maintains the cleanliness of table game areas, and performs other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience required.
• Knowledgeable in all forms of Table Games and Table Game Rules.
• Outgoing, mature, and able to work under a moderate amount of stress.
• Must obtain a Key Gaming License.
• Ability to handle diverse situations/or people.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must demonstrate excellent attendance practices.
• Must be able to work 8+ hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive and friendly customer atmosphere.
• Deal the game so that supervisors and surveillance can easily follow all transactions.
• Regulate the distribution of cards in licensed card games.
• Schedule and announce games and openings during games at supervised tables.
• Inform supervisors of any problems or disputes on the table(s) or with a customer.
• Inform supervisors of any suspicious activity from a customer or employee.
• Maintain banks.
• Clean and maintain all Table Game areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
