About The Position

Responsible for dealing in a professional and proficient manner all Table Games within approved guidelines, applicable laws, policies and procedures while providing Outstanding Guest Service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 21 years of age
  • 1 year previous dealing experience or completion of dealing course
  • Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry and the laws and regulations governing gaming operations
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Customer service, interpersonal and teamwork skills necessary to maintain quality service delivery
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Basic Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, ability to demonstrate proficiency)
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to deal all table games offered

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and ensure compliance with all RCC policies, procedures, SOPs, and internal controls and gaming regulations.
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to all internal and external regulations, policies and procedures within assigned games.
  • Protect and maintain integrity of assigned games and assets.
  • Exchange currency for gaming chips; fills and credits; and, pay or collect bets according to house rules.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork specific to assigned games and, if applicable, assigned bank.
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors and obtain required approvals and acknowledgements according to established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain excellent grooming and personal conduct according to RCC standards.
  • Acknowledge, greet, and converse (in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner) with customers who play at or approach assigned games.
  • Interact with department and RCC employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and cross-culture communications.
  • Sustain a courteous attitude and pleasant demeanor in all relations including guests and colleagues
  • Abide by all company policies of RCC.
  • Other duties as assigned.
