Accountable for Trinity Health’s TA Production and Onboarding function for assigned area. Manages team of TA Coordinators and ensures the implementation and adherence to a streamlined, centralized and unified onboarding approach that will ensure a consistent, efficient and enhanced colleague experience. Manages onboarding processes that include applicant pre-screening and tracking, interview logistics, pre-hire requirements, and orientation events in accordance with state, federal, local and company requirements. Ensures collaboration with Human Resources operations for tasks required to be done on-site. Manages the optimization of people, process and performance to deliver exceptional service to the hiring managers, internal colleagues and external applicants, while aligning with national, state and local compliance requirements. Responsible for implementing and managing a strategic preboarding program aligning with company values, culture and business objectives that will enrich the candidate and new colleague experience inclusive of retention. Reports to and aligns to the Director TA Production Operations. Has indirect reporting relationship to the Regional TA Leaders within the service area and will collaborate regularly with various system functions, e.g., Health Informatics, Clinical Education, Nursing Excellence, Colleague & Labor Relations, etc., to deliver exceptional service to colleagues to meet the onboarding needs of the health ministries. Manages the compliance and survey readiness related to the pre-boarding activities including staying updated on relevant employment laws and regulations in their service area states. Oversees the Talent Acquisition compliance audit function, ensures ability to meet requirements – readiness component. Drives shared production services to ensure program goals are achieved; including key metrics related to on-time starts, post-acceptance drop-off rates, and new-hire satisfaction. Leading the TAC team and services for a defined ministry, division or service area of the organization or assigned area of focus. Acts as a strategic partner to Human Resources and business leaders. Provides leadership focused on optimization of operational excellence and performance. Responsible for leading, managing, and advancing people. Provides functional expertise and ensures fulfillment of performance and service standards. Provides decision support, operations and/or optimization leadership focus. Identifies, defines, and solves complex problems that impact optimal performance. Identifies and responds to TA opportunities and risks within assigned area of focus based on knowledge of organizational capabilities and internal and external environments. Collaborates within all Service Areas, Regions and Health Ministries to ensure consistent integration and implementation of the national TA strategy and operations.
