The Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) leads and delivers end‑to‑end recruiting support for DePuy Synthes, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire high‑quality talent. This role plays a key part in shaping workforce capability, improving hiring outcomes, and ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and compliant candidate experience. Based in Raynham, this position offers the opportunity to influence hiring strategy, lead recruiters, and directly support business growth within a global MedTech organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Typically 6-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, including people‑management or team‑lead responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full‑cycle recruiting across multiple role types.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
  • Proven ability to use recruiting data and metrics to drive decisions and outcomes.
  • Experience working in structured, compliance‑driven environments.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • English proficiency required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in a regulated industry such as MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or technical roles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and TA analytics.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Talent Acquisition or HR certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead North America talent acquisition strategy and delivery, aligning hiring plans with business priorities and workforce strategies.
  • Manage and develop TA team members, fostering strong performance, engagement, and capability growth.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR to provide consultative guidance on hiring needs, market insights, and talent solutions and align recruiting plans to long-term workforce strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across North America, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high‑quality candidate experience across all EMEA markets.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and analytics to achieve metrics and improve speed, quality, and cost of hire.
  • Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop actionable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Oversee and coach recruiters and/or team members, fostering capability building and consistent performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and local labor regulations across North America.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, technology enablement, and vendor management.
  • Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures.
  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.
  • Compliance/admin: Upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.
