The Medical Training Lead will be responsible for the alignment, development, and delivery of scientifically focused Therapeutic Area training curricula and content in support of Medical Customer Facing Teams. This includes onboarding, continuous scientific education, and capability development aligned with Medical strategy, scientific narratives, and compliance standards. This role acts as a key partner to Medical Customer Facing Teams, serving as the primary training point of contact for assigned therapeutic area teams. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Medical stakeholders and other internal partners to ensure training materials accurately reflect current scientific data, disease state knowledge, and evolving clinical insights. Responsibilities include the strategy, design, development, approval, execution, delivery, and evaluation of Medical Affairs training programs, including disease state education, product scientific data, and field medical engagement capabilities where appropriate. This role also includes oversight of training vendors when applicable and ensuring all training materials meet medical, legal, and regulatory standards.
