About The Position

Family Dollar is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support the systems, tools, and workflows that power our recruiting function. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, efficient, and data-driven hiring experience across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on configuration experience with Workday Recruiting, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as a Workday Recruiting administrator (required)
  • Experience administering CRM tools (preferably Phenom)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Workday Recruiting Pro Certification
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or testing cycles
  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis
  • Experience in a high-volume or retail environment

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Workday Recruiting, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing maintenance
  • Manage and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems; identify and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process gaps and drive improvements
  • Support compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides
  • Participate in system testing efforts for upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
