The Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. With a focus on interview coordination, candidate sourcing, and ATS maintenance, this role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or recruiting administration.
  • Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting corporate, technical, or high-volume recruiting teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like ORC, Workday, or iCIMS is an asset.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and resume databases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters by managing interview logistics, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Maintain calendars, virtual interview platforms, and meeting logistics for multiple time zones.
  • Ensure interviewers receive accurate schedules, agendas, and candidate materials.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing using various tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS searches.
  • Support posting and managing job requisitions on external and internal career sites.
  • Coordinate candidate outreach, assessments, and screenings as directed.
  • Maintain organized and searchable candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS.
  • Move candidates through workflow stages based on recruiter instructions.
  • Prepare candidate records and offer documentation for transition to the HRBP.
