This role provides end-to-end recruitment support utilizing core recruitment technology applications. The TA Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of the agreed end-to-end recruitment process for open roles. They will research and execute appropriate recruitment strategies within agreed upon timelines, and develop and manage candidate pipelines for business-critical roles. The position also provides input into the development and improvement of recruitment and selection processes and systems. The TA Coordinator will evaluate and understand client business needs to support guidance and advice to hiring leads on recruitment and selection, process and procedures, and timetable for activities. They will utilize the global recruitment system(s) in accordance with end-to-end recruitment activities and processes, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of data to facilitate reporting. Additionally, they will coordinate and book interviews/site visits with candidates and hiring managers, including rooms, travel, accommodation, and car hire, and conduct the onboarding and offer process.
