The Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor is responsible for providing consultative support and advising the organization on best practice and effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions. This role works with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create sourcing strategies and advice on hiring plans. As the primary contact for hiring leaders, the TA Advisor focuses on understanding the short- and long-term business needs, partnering with leaders on workforce planning, managing the supporting recruitment strategies, passive outreach, and offer negotiations. This role is remote and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
