As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying appropriate candidates for consideration within the organization.

  • Has strong knowledge of Human Resource policy and procedures, as well as employment laws.
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn about the education industry.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, drive, grit, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or in an equivalent business-related degree.
  • Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record.
  • Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting at the entry level to executive level.
  • Three to five years of corporate recruiting experience; executive search and/or agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience working ADP- Recruiting management or similar ATS, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and Social Media recruiting is highly desirable.
  • May perform other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Build innovative candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks, niche job boards, and passive talent outreach.
  • Champion a transparent, respectful, and highly engaging interview journey for every applicant.
  • Design job-specific interview panels, build screening templates, and evaluate candidate qualifications via behavioral assessments.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms to promote our unique culture and values.
  • Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leveraging recruitment metrics to optimize hiring velocity and quality.
  • Provide guidance to leadership regarding salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive hiring trends.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, establish success criteria, and conduct alignment meetings for open requisitions.
  • Challenge and refine hiring managers' assumptions about job requirements, advising them on realistic skill profiles, alternative talent pools, and competitive salary benchmarks.
  • Utilize internal talent analytics and external market intelligence to diagnose hiring bottlenecks, predict talent shortages, and advise leadership on talent risk mitigation.
  • Conduct proactive mapping of competitor organizations and target industries to advise the business on where the best talent lives before a vacancy even exists.
  • Audit existing interview processes within specific departments, redesigning candidate journeys to improve hiring velocity, evaluation accuracy, and offer acceptance rates.
