About The Position

Ashby is seeking an experienced TA Advisor & Community Lead in AMER to expand its customer-led growth strategy. This role involves evolving and optimizing a model that combines curated events, product education, and community activation to drive growth. The ideal candidate will own AMER's community-led growth efforts, including running customer events, leading enablement sessions, and product demos. This position is for someone who excels at the intersection of education, advocacy, and hospitality, and is passionate about building community and scaling Ashby sustainably through trust and excellence. The role requires collaboration with marketing, customer success, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Ashby power user or strong familiarity with Ashby and its benefits.
  • Knowledge of the product and Ashby community.
  • Champion of good recruiting practices.
  • Ability to dive into dashboards, workflows, or templates.
  • Reputation as a go-to expert on TA process and tooling within organizations.
  • Strong communication skills, including facilitating, writing post-event summaries, and explaining dashboards.
  • Ability to curate and connect people and ideas; enjoys hosting, matchmaking, and sharing best practices.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 2 times per month.
  • Entrepreneurial and experimental nature, comfortable with ambiguity and iteration.
  • Preparedness with AI tools/automations to enhance execution speed and quality.
  • Belief in 'unreasonable hospitality' - going above and beyond for customers.
  • Hands-on TA experience.
  • Familiarity with modern TA systems and practices.
  • Experience in the TA ecosystem and a proven network in major city hubs like San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, Austin, and Chicago.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AMER Community Events, including customer learning breakfasts, mixed ecosystem events for customers and prospects, and partner cocktail events or roundtables.
  • Build and nurture relationships with TA leaders.
  • Partner with Event Ops on venue selection, invites, and post-event recaps.
  • Drive improvement and reimagine how Ashby shows up meaningfully for the community.
  • Become an expert in Ashby and TA leader needs to curate relevant content.
  • Design and lead live sessions to help customers activate key Ashby features and stay ahead on TA trends.
  • Partner with CS and Product Marketing teams on the Ashby Hidden Gems program.
  • Develop and distribute product tips, dashboards, and templates.
  • Expand AMER Community and Customer Advocacy by showing up consistently and thoughtfully.
  • Develop onboarding and enablement loops for ACE (Ashby Customer Expert) events.
  • Partner with GTM teams on prospect and customer onsite visits.
  • Moderate panels, attend events, and build a presence at industry gatherings.
