The T901 Product Support Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broader company objectives. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team (including direct reports) to develop, integrate, and implement product support processes that meet financial and technical needs across the organization. You will manage complex product support challenges, contribute to long-range planning, and help shape product support strategy through qualification and entry into service. High levels of operational judgment are required to deliver outcomes across cost, schedule, technical requirements, and customer commitments.
