About The Position

The T&I Intern supports DPR’s Technology & Innovation organization across Software Engineering, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering, and UI/UX initiatives. The intern assists with documentation, testing, analysis, and research that contribute to internally developed applications and enterprise technology efforts. The role provides exposure to Agile development processes, solution design practices, and collaboration between business and technical teams, while contributing to technical and operational initiatives aligned with the enterprise digital strategy.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, business, or a related field.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering and product teams with documentation, testing, data analysis, and research across active initiatives.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release documentation within Agile delivery teams.
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to mockups, specifications, or architecture documentation as appropriate.
• Research emerging technologies, tools, and development practices to support innovation initiatives.
• Help validate system functionality, identify defects, and document enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business workflows and align technical solutions.
