Provides administrative assistance to Alabama Goodwill Industries Talent and Culture Department with a focus on benefits administration, recruiting and onboarding, risk management, and learning and development while supporting AGI's mission of transforming lives through the power of work. Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of essential HR reports related to payroll, benefits and compensation, and training sessions, maintenance of employee records, and onboarding of new hires.
