About The Position

Innovative, Inc., a Microsoft, VMware, HPE, and Cisco Premier Certified Partner, is seeking a Systems Technician in our Field Service department to join our fast-growing team based in Hagerstown, MD. In this role, you’ll be the face of Innovative to our clients—providing onsite L1/L2 support across a wide range of technologies and environments. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll work directly with end users and business owners throughout the region, delivering hands-on technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring reliable IT services that help our clients focus on growing their businesses. No two days are the same—you’ll encounter diverse challenges across multiple industries, giving you constant opportunities to expand your technical skills. Requirements

  • Experience building PCs
  • 1-3+ years of Help Desk/System Admin experience
  • Familiarity with time logging/tracking

Nice To Haves

  • A+, Net+, CCNA, Microsoft Certifications
  • Experience supporting Small Business network infrastructure
  • Cisco/Avaya or other telephony experience

Responsibilities
