Innovative, Inc., a Microsoft, VMware, HPE, and Cisco Premier Certified Partner, is seeking a Systems Technician in our Field Service department to join our fast-growing team based in Hagerstown, MD. In this role, you’ll be the face of Innovative to our clients—providing onsite L1/L2 support across a wide range of technologies and environments. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll work directly with end users and business owners throughout the region, delivering hands-on technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring reliable IT services that help our clients focus on growing their businesses.
