About The Position

As a Systems Support Tech I, you are responsible for providing first-level technical support for staff and internal systems support for the company. You will assist in the daily operations of the IT department with a focus on top-tier professionalism and customer service.

Requirements

  • First-level technical support for staff and internal systems support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity
  • Utilize the IT ticketing system to track all technical and systems support requests
  • Maintain the hybrid Active Directory/Azure environment
  • Updating SharePoint as needed
  • Creating or updating basic Power Automate flows
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Terminating and running RJ45 cables
  • Support IT-related training initiatives
  • Provide basic usage guidance to staff

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with first-level technical support for staff, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity as needed
  • Utilize the IT ticketing system to track all technical and systems support requests, and claim, work, and close these tickets in a timely manner within the approved process
  • Help maintain the hybrid Active Directory/Azure environment, updating SharePoint as needed, creating or updating basic Power Automate flows, basic network troubleshooting, and terminating and running RJ45 cables
  • Support IT-related training initiatives and provide basic usage guidance to staff when needed
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission and operations
