About The Position

Provide quality service and support to our internal and external customers. Basic to intermediate knowledge in the areas of Core System Support, Bank Applications, and Automation. Create partnerships with the Services team and Bank leaders to provide an excellent level of service across departments.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Skill in using a computer and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the use of deposit and loan core systems as well as core parameter management.

Nice To Haves

  • Loan experience needed; five years preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and leverage the Bank’s core systems to ensure business lines can provide high-quality banking services.
  • Work complex Issues and Incidents with our internal teams, being our highest Tier for items that need to be elevated.
  • Work in partnership with business line owners to evaluate business processes, identify best practices, and leverage technology to enhance and/or streamline these processes.
  • Work in partnership with business line owners to develop technical documentation.
  • Provide hands-on assistance and coordination to strategic application implementation projects.
  • Escalate problems efficiently to technical resources and service providers.
  • Develop external resources to support the development of Bank processes and systems.
  • Support business reporting, file automation, and reconciliation processes for business needs, audits, and exams.
  • Ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing special projects, ensuring that all projects and reports are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Interfaces with auditors, regulators, and other Bank departments regarding the above areas of responsibility as needed.
  • Stay informed and proficient in all applicable regulatory guidance and Bank policies and procedures, and serve as the Bank’s authority to communicate and train all personnel involved in the above processes.
