The Team Lead will support and guide the Employee Benefits team through onboarding, training and ensure consistency and accuracy when completing transactions. The Team Lead will also ensure that employees are up to date with current procedures, processes, and best practices by providing ongoing training and refreshers. In addition, the Team Lead will also conduct auditing reports to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Training experience
  • Intermediate level of CRM/EPIC knowledge
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide onboarding, support and training for Client Service Representatives, Analysts and Client Coordinators as needed
  • Deliver ongoing refresher training for existing employees
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all corporate and employee issues
  • Work with employees to improve performance or work through performance issues relating to EPIC & HUB systems
  • Auditing of accounts
  • Reporting Systems changes related to commissions
  • Sharing and reinforcing the corporate vision with colleagues
  • Lead team members by example
  • Act as the day-to-day “go-to” person for inquiries on technical and/or training issues
  • Maintain positive employee relationships
  • Handle complaints appropriately (includes knowing when to escalate the complaint to the next level of management)
  • Contribute to the organization and efficiency of the office
  • Encourage and support employees through corporate initiatives
  • Continue to provide support to maintain pulse of the business
  • Be current with new training and systems procedures
  • Maintain a good technical understanding of coverages and products
  • Be a change Champion within the team to embed new processes
  • Special projects as assigned by Manager
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager
