Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail operations, retail management, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with data and build presentations.
  • Exposure to project work, system implementations, or process improvements is preferred
  • High degree of integrity, humility, and professionalism
  • Customer focused and respectful of others
  • Must feel comfortable communicating with all levels of personnel, via email, in person and in small group settings
  • An understanding of business process and relevant supply chain relationships that exist within the retail industry
  • Must be detail oriented and understand written/oral instructions
  • Outstanding planning, organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible night and weekend, when necessary
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
  • Exposure to project work, system implementations, or process improvements is preferred
  • We recognize the growing role of AI tools, including ChatGPT, and value familiarity with them.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Club teams, CSC, and IT partners to support system enhancements, projects, and new technology initiatives impacting club operations
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring clear communication and ease of execution for club teams
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation of system changes for Club Operations applications
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation
  • Create reports, analysis, and PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and support ongoing system enhancements
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for operational systems, helping resolve issues related to processes, technology, or data
  • Work across multiple platforms (SAP and non-SAP systems), demonstrating the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Support launch and post-implementation activities, including monitoring performance and addressing issues during stabilization
  • Assist in analyzing data and translating findings into actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
  • Build effective working relationships with cross-functional partners across Clubs, CSC, and Field teams
