Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on drive systems, motors, power systems, or equipment integration.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, control systems, and power distribution.
- Experience with system integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project commitments.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for system and solution projects involving drives, motors, switchgear, transformers, control systems, and related equipment.
- Define system integration requirements and ensure designs meet performance, quality, safety, and contractual specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support successful project execution.
- Monitor engineering activities, identify technical risks, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule.
- Support procurement, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Develop, review, and manage project technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, submittals, and test reports.
- Provide technical guidance to field service teams during installation and startup.
- Support sales activities by providing technical input and estimates for customer proposals.
