About The Position

Serve as a Systems Program Manager and Chekhub specialist, overseeing a third-party computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) platform used to manage service requests, coordinate and direct onsite maintenance activities, establish preventive maintenance schedules, and create and track repair tickets, including routine chiller maintenance. Chekhub supports recurring preventive maintenance schedules, maintenance tickets, and work checklists.

The role owns day-to-day delivery of assigned data center operations projects from planning through completion. It defines scope, milestones, owners, and success measures with stakeholders; maintains schedules, action logs, and progress and risk reporting; coordinates dependencies among operations, engineering, and partner teams; and tracks project spending against approved plans. The position also identifies blockers, drives follow-up and escalations, recommends process and reporting improvements, and supports program reviews and operationally and compliance-consistent documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in project or program management, technical operations, or a related field.
• Experience delivering projects with stakeholders from multiple teams.
• Ability to build and maintain project plans, track dependencies, and bring issues to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear status reporting.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Ability to work independently within an agreed scope and know when to escalate.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in data center, infrastructure, or other operational environments.
• A project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Use metrics and feedback to recommend practical improvements to processes and reporting.
• Support program reviews and maintain documentation consistent with operational and compliance requirements.
