About The Position

At 360 Tire Group, an Ecore company, Systems Operators help turn reclaimed rubber into innovative performance surfaces used in settings such as playgrounds, gyms, hospitals, and courts. The company focuses on circular innovation, keeping rubber out of landfills and transforming it into products that support wellness, safety, and performance.

This role leads production of upcycled rubber products and operates mixing equipment. Operators use precise measurements to help ensure product quality, participate in a safety-first culture, and train team members. The position is based at 5304 TX-34, Greenville, Texas, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on first shift. The listed pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities.

The work takes place in a high-heat, dusty, noisy manufacturing environment. It involves prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting materials up to 60 pounds. Personal protective equipment is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to handle materials weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.

• Comfort working in an industrial environment with high heat, dust, and noise.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
